The 5P recipe for optimized energy balance

Let me me walk you through the philosophy behind it:

As you can see, it always start with a pause (if you know me by now, the "power of pauses" is something that you will hear me speak to a lot, and I really do believe that taking regular pauses is the key to more well-being and an optimized energy balance.

When you take regular pauses, even short breaks during your day, it's much easier to connect with your purpose simply because pauses give you a chance to get out of your head.

When you are in your head (too much) you are dead so to speak.

And once you are re-connected with you purpose, it seems a lot more clear why you should do more of what makes your heart sing, and say no to that which is out of alignment with your purpose.

In other words, knowing you purpose helps you prioritize.

Once your prioritizing is in place, you also need to pace.

As a sensitive soul-led solopreneur, I say "go slow, less is more".

Once you are on purpose, you do not need to push too hard, or spread your air too thin, rather go deeper than wider.

Yet you do have to do the work that is yours to do - the work is to do the work, the good news is this: It works, if you work it - in other words you need to proceed but now that you have optimized your energy, you can do so with much more ease and joy.
