EVIDENCE FOLLOW VISION

Lack of evidence isn’t evidence of lack❗️

I know that sometimes it can be really hard to believe that you can have success with something, especially if you haven't done it before, and thereby have no reference for success.

Maybe you can relate, and perhaps you have even given up on a dream?

But the great news is that you don’t actually need evidence of success to begin with because the most important part to your success is to set the intention for what you want, and then take aligned "imperfect action".

Then the evidence to that which you want, will start follow.

Say for example that you want to write your first book.

Simply begin by getting very clear about your vision for what you want to write about and why you want to do it in the first place?

Then take aligned action by writing every day, could be for even just 30 minutes per day.

Keep focused and establish a consistent writing practice to get the wheel start spinning, and soon evidence of you being a writer will begin to appear, and you will start to see yourself as a writer, even if you aren't published yet.

THE RETICULAR ACTIVATING SYSTEM (RAS)

We are fortunate that our brains are so smart, and once you set your intention, and take aligned action, your brain will actually begin to support you in finding the evidence that you need to stay motivated.

In case you haven't heard about the "Reticular Activating System" (RAS) this is the part of your brain, which is responsible for the evidence seeking,

It's your brain’s attention centre, and it will help you focus on finding the evidence that you seek.

For example, I am sure that you noticed that if you are in the process of buying anything new, i.e., a car of a specific brand, or color, you will start seeing this particular type of car show up everywhere.
